Irony Jeans Pvt. Ltd was established in the year 1994, by Venkatesh Yedidha. Now the managing director of the company. In the early years it was known as Venky Apparels Pvt. Ltd. Venky Apparels started of with manufacturing 50 termated Jeans per day.

In 1999 Venky Apparels had already become a reputed brand of jeans. With the growing recognition Venky Apparels Pvt. Ltd. evolved into Irony Clothing Pvt. Ltd. Under the Irony Clothing banner Venky Apparels soon started manufacturing Denim, Cotton Casual Wear, Linen, Black Collection.

From 1994, Irony Clothing Pvt. Ltd. has taken a gigantic leap towards success. Currently Irony Clothing Pvt. Ltd. manufactures 1000 jeans every single day. Today Irony products enjoys a good share of shelf space with its International competitors.
